Some Macross stuff and Cocona
It’s time for another haul shot, got a few stuff today, and some came earlier this week. Lots of Macross stuff and only one figure, since Shuraki Box 02 and Max Factory Shana couldn’t make it this week.
So there’s Movic 1/7 Art of Shunya Yamashita’s Cocona, man that’s a mouthful, from here on she’s just be known as Cocona, then there’s two Revoltech, Ichijō Hikaru ‘s Super Valkyrie VF-1A and Roy Focker’s Strike Valkyrie VF-1S, and finally the original Macross TV series box set 1 & 2, this is the original thing folks, not the Harmony Gold version ^^.
A close-up Cocona, pretty good sculpt and colors, and huge sword, but the sword is not the only huge thing she has though.

Macross TV series box set 1 & 2, missing here is box 3 which is on the way.
As I was saying the sword is not the only huge thing she have, the base is like a Frisbees, it almost span the width of the box, and her box is same size as Kureha’s.
That’s all this time around, more to come as my Shuraki Box 02 and Shana arrive and a bunch of DVDs ^^.

Haaaa Cocona. I am still confused with this figure, since I wonder what happened to the mysterious pigtail version that was shown during last summer at the WHF.
Love her sword, but a bit disapointed by the colors movic gave to her.
And I have absolutely zero knowledge about Macross (weah I know, shame on me…) but those Valkyries looks funky.
But I’ve heard there will be a “Macross 25th Anniversary” TV serie, so I guess I’ll give it a try then.

Not something I would get but she is nice. I do have Roy’s Valkyrie, though which is nice.
haha.. I am as happy to get Cocona as you are.. you got the macross dvd boxset too? wahhhh..
how many VF-1A you saw in XL BTS? I wanna get one too when I visit there..

So you decided in getting Cocona ^^, its another great figure based on Shunya’s work, my next Shunya’s figure will most likely be Needa with her big gun.
And I thought the other big thing besides her sword was the “eyes” they sure are “round” and “big”
@lu-k~I didn’t know there was a pigtail version until recently, maybe a limited edition of some sort i guess. Macross was the anime that started me down the road of more animes haha. There’s a new macross series coming out soon, Macross F if i not mistaken
@Belel-san~yeah I prefer her more than Non-non ^^ and she goes well with Rosanna too. You’ll have to look lower than the “eyes”, but yeah those are big and round too ^^
